This is our first project with Central Flooring – they installed a resin flooring system in twelve of our care home apartments and two admin offices. We chose Central because they’re specialist contractors – so they know what they’re doing. They came in to see us, it was clear that they understood our brief and what we were looking to achieve and then they came back with a competitive quote which was within our budget.
Ben Clarke, their operations director was fantastic to deal with. He knew his stuff and was very helpful. Ben explained the process from the outset and came up with the best solution for us – he walked us through all of it – and we trusted them to deliver. The workmanship of the Central team was excellent. They delivered 100%, completed the project on time and there were no faults.
With guidance from Central, the resin flooring we selected is strong and durable, low maintenance and easy cleaning. It is also long-lasting and cost effective and the colour doesn’t fade. Since having this floor installed we’ve had no issues and feel it is more than sustainable going forward.
They’re brilliant communicators, something we really appreciated, and their after-service was terrific.
We’re looking to work with the Central team again on our second residential site. So, it’s fair to say we would have no issue in recommending them.
