But just as no two flooring projects are ever the same, the costs of each job will also vary according to a number of factors.

The specific costs of resin flooring will depend on the site logistics of each project, including things like size and scale of the floor, access, surface and colour choices and more. It also depends on the nature and condition of the subfloor, as although resin can be laid on top of multiple types of existing surfaces, these need to be in a suitable condition to support the application.

We will take accurate measurements and assess the logistics of the project before giving you an accurate cost breakdown. Our site surveys are free and will help our staff to ascertain the exact requirements of each individual project. We recommend a site survey in most cases, but especially if it is for new flooring or on a new build project when it is usually possible to give a very accurate quote. For sites with existing flooring, a site survey will help us determine what additional works may be required to the subfloor, such as removals of certain sections or repairing damaged areas.

What we need to know

Firstly, we’ll need to know the measurements for your flooring project and whether you require a new floor or repair to existing flooring. We’ll need to know the industry you work in, for example automotive, pharmaceutical, food and beverages etc. It will help if we know what the area is used for as we can make an assessment of the type of surface required. And, ideally, we need to know what conditions are like on site, including the materials used for the existing sub floor, whether it is a wet or cold facility and more. If you are able to provide us with some pictures of the proposed site and existing flooring conditions this will help us to give you a more accurate quote without a site visit. But we always recommend a free site survey, if possible, to ensure the most accurate pricing.

Repairs and annual surveys

As well as laying new resin floors, we also carry out extensive repair work to existing surfaces. Again, prices will vary according to the specific circumstances. Our free site surveys are also recommended for repair projects, as this will allow us to ascertain any damaged areas for repair and also give any advice for cleaning regimes.
