Our Scope Of Projects
We’re used to working on all sorts of projects in construction. High-performance and high-profile projects with an SR1 level floor spec in pump screeding. In fact, this was a resin flooring system we installed at The Harwell Science and Innovation Campus in Oxfordshire. And a 15,000m² Quartz Screed project for Lendlease at Glen Parva HMP Fosse Way. Our largest project to date has a contract value of £1.5 million. And our biggest resin flooring installation in terms of square footage, is 18,000m².
Our Communication
We’re open and honest. If after giving it some thought, we’re not comfortable with the spec of a floor, we’ll say so, explain why and come up with a better alternative. You’ll never have to chase us for an update, either. We’ll come to you and let you know what we’re working on, what we’re going to do and where we are with your project. Sometimes, we pick up the phone simply to check in and say hello.
We Specialise In Quartz Screed
In our 35-years’ experience, Quartz Screed (QS) is a material calling for a skilled team to install and finish it to a high standard – especially as its applied to walls, flooring and coving. But that’s exactly what we deliver. Some of our biggest construction projects are in QS. There aren’t many resin flooring contractors who can install it – which is why main contractors come to us.
Our Leadership
ne of our qualified site supervisors will work with you for the duration of your project – and lead the Central Flooring installation team. We’ll be fully compliant with your project brief – including health and safety. We’ll attend meetings. We’ll install the product to the manufacturers guidelines. And we’ll leave your working areas clean, tidy and free of any damage. You’ll get to meet one or two of our directors as well – Richard and Ben are always out and about on-site facilitating programmes and making sure they’re completed on time.
